Refund policy

Orders to Switzerland

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to return:

1. Send us a short email to salut@lafermebergamote.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. Pack the goods carefully.
3. Send the parcel to:

You bear the cost of the return shipment. The original shipping costs are not refunded, even if shipping was free when you placed your order. In this case, we deduct the usual shipping costs from your refund.

Excluded from returns are sale items, gift cards, personalised products and products paid for with a gift card.

Orders to the EU

For orders with a delivery address in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You'll find all the details in the withdrawal information below.
